Bruna, the cook
Hello everyone! Are Bruna, the cook and the owner of the farm “Il Falco”.
Cooking has always been a passion for me and when it became my full-time job was an immense satisfaction.
I always thought that the chef is a bit ‘like an artist that surprises with its flavor combinations, which surprises with the preparation of the dishes, creating an excellent mix of colors, flavors and shapes. Our dishes are not very elaborate: what I cook is simple, but authentic food, seasonal and local, cooked as it once; so much so that some of the courses that I propose are family recipes (as well as the local tradition), jealously guarded and handed down from generation to generation. Well … today I have the opportunity to tease and tantalize your taste buds with those dishes so precious, hoping not to disappoint anyone and make you come back to taste everything that we propose.
Furthermore, since April 2022 Emily has joined the company alongside me, to continue the excellent work started by her parents.
